Patient: Hello, Doctorplease i something feel a pain like a sting at the left side of my chest….like its in my heart i don’t know what it might be.

Doctor: Thanks for consulting ATD. Chest pain has many differential diagnoses. Left side chest pain does not only mean Heart dis ease. Some of the differential diagnoses are Anxiety, Anemia, Gastritis, Pulmonary embolism, Pulmonary hypertension, Pleurodynia, Pancreatitis, etc. Cardiac chest pain is uncommon at age. If the intensity of pain is more or associated with breathlessness, exertion, it could be Cardiac chest pain, consult your physician for further evaluation. Have a nice day.
