Pain in the shoulder and not getting any relief

Q: I am having major pain in my left shoulder and some numbness in my arm and hand. I have tried heating it and all time of over the counter pain killer and its still hurting. It is hard to grip and hold on to things for a long period of time. I have been told it is most likely a rotator cuff injury. It is not the side I sleep on and I have been trying to take it easy and do everything else I can think of. Also I am traveling out of state and have PA Medicaid so I am struggling to figure out how to go to a doctor.

Symptoms:  Pain, numbness, shaking, tingling, weakness
