Pain in waist bottom and thigh

Q: I have been haqving pain in my mwaist and bottom and thighs for the past three weeks when standing the problem does not seem to be there when lying down or siting.about two weeks before this started i was geting regular muscle cramps (or muscle bumps as we would say in trinidad)at night additionally, i have put on a lot of weight lately especially in my legs and i was just doing the dishes and could feel my thighs rubbing together is it extra weight or swelling finally, i did some test last year(no relation to symtoms i just listed)kidney, liver sugar level were all normal there was no cancer could it all have gone wrong in just a few months? any feedback would be greatly appreciated
