Pain management with my degenerative disc disease

Patient

Q: How do I get my pain management doctor to increase my dose? I have degenerative disc disease. I have already had one surgery. My current MRI says I need surgery on three discs. I am currently on oxycodone/acetiminphin 10mg every 6 hours and lyrica 50mg. Also I had a steroid epidural shot 2 weeks ago, didn't work. I have not told him, due to my pain contract, but I take 4 pills just to be able to take a shower. What should I do?
