The pain is on the outside of my right knee, right under the strong tendon that runs along the outside below the IT Band. I'm pretty sure its not the IT Band. This is really only while running, sometimes just walking around the house there will be a dull pain but nothing really other than running. Also occasionally while walking I hear a crack like my knuckle cracking in knee, no pain I just hear it. Any ideas, solutions. I've gone to the doctor, they told
