Patient :Hello, i was playing indoor soccer and i landed on my knee i dint hear a pop or nothing ... but i noticed a pain on my right knee that was bothering , but that dint stop me from playing , i felt a pinch here and there but didn't i realize it was nothing bad .. the next day came and i woke up with a pain on my knee, i could barely bend it or squat on , i stopped playing activities for 2 weeks , i realize that i could run , jog, and jump , and squat with out pain ... i went and played soccer again for a few minutes and i felt good but the next morning it was hurting , not as bad but still had pain , have not gone to Doctor to get an MRI or get it checked out !!.. but i have rested a week then play again to see how it goes , and the pain starts to go away a while then comes back , i have been off of it now , and it feels good but when i sit a cross my legs i get that pinch of pain on the right side of the knee, usually was worse but i notices that i has faded away some friends said i damaged or teared my Meniscus .. Any tips on how can I strengthen my knee or some feed back on how to rest my knees , i work at a restaurant so i'll be moving all the time , walking , etc .... thank u
