Painful stiff joints and fatique

Patient

Q: I am currently in between medical insurance. I have been waiting for my insurance to seek medical care. I have been having many different things going on mostly painful stiff joints especially in the morning and after sitting. The joints mostly affected are my feet, ankles, knees, hips and hands. I have occasional swelling behind my knees. I have extreme back pain and stiffness especially at night. Some nights are better then others. I have been fatigued and recently have been developing red, itchy, burning, and painful welts on my feet and sometimes hands. I am really becoming concerned there is something very wrong and maybe I shouldn't wait for my insurance ( It will be another month) however I am also concerned about the financial cost and what can be done without having insurance. What may be going on?
