Painless lump under skin in front of Tragus

Patient : Hi, I have had a permanently swollen lymph node in front of my left tragus for a few years now at least. It's about 1cm in length and shaped like a kidney bean. I visited my doctor a while ago and he said it was nothing to worry about but to keep an eye on it. I also have 3 hard bumps on the back of my right ear on my mastoid bone. They are unmovable, painless and quite hard. Do you know what this could be? I do have preauriccular sinuses if that could be related?
