Pap smear and cervical cancer

Patient: I had an abnormal Pap smear and tested positive for HPV. I did not have my follow up Pap smear until today (almost 2 years later). I have not yet received any results, but was told that my cervix looks unusual. What is my risk of cervical cancer?

Symptoms: Bleeding during and after sexual intercourse
Cramping – also suffer from endometriosis and vaginitis
