(9) Diagnosis : Negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy. Other non neoplastic findings : Reactive cellular changes associated with inflammation. (27) Educational Notes and suggestions: Follow up study is recommened if clinically indicated (62) Comment : Pap smear test is a "screening test", not a "diagnostic test". Clinical correlation is recommended. Also the slide will be randomly rechecked and addendum report will be submitted if it is contributory to the care of patient.
