Patellofemoral Syndrome

Patient

Q: Dear Doctor, Thank you for the response. However is it possible to have Patellofemoral Syndrome in both knees? Its been over 6 months now and I'm now being referred to a Rheumatologist. Until I go to this appointment, I exercise when I can ( some days the pain is really bad). I do use ice and a heating pad as well. I have also noticed that when the weather warms up a bit, the pain isn't as bad as it is in the colder weather. Again, your advise on this is appreciated.
Thank you,
Lisa
