Peanut butter allergy?

Patient

Q: I am doing baby led weaning with my 6 month old. Yesterday morning I gave her a pancake with some peanut butter on it. Later (I'd day probably 7 hours at least) she started getting a cough. She coughed all night, and is still coughing, but it's gotten a little better. Could it be a reaction to the peanut butter or is it more than likely just a cough? She's been a little hoarse (I do mean a little) but I think its because she's been coughing so much. She acts fine. No bumps or rash. Neither my husband (her father) nor myself have any sort of food allergy.

Symptoms:  Coughing, a little hoarse
