Peeling labia and slight blood in urine

Patient : I had sex a couple days ago, and today the inside of my labia has begun to peel, it's not painful or itchy, or red. The peeling looks very similar to toilet paper, that's the best way I can describe it. Also when I pee, there is a tiny bit of turns the toilet paper light pink. Nothing hurts, or itches. Could it be a yeast infection? Or something else. I've had yeast infections before, but this time there is no discharge.
Symptoms:  Peeling skin in labia, tiny bit of blood in pee.
