Penil implant and exercise

Patient: I have ED and I’m considering a penil implant. However I am concerned about two things A)whether the location of the pump underneath the testicles would interfere or hinder with the intense physical training that I do; and B) whether that intense exercise would damage the pump or the implant.Almost every day I jump rope for 45 minutes to an hour and I follow it with 45 to an hour session of spinning. Jumping rope requires a lot of movement of the legs up and down. The spinning bycicle seat places pressure around the testicle area.I love m y training and I would like to know if I would have to give it up if I get the implant.
