Patient : About six months ago I injured my penis during some very active and prolonged sessions. The symptom didn't arise immediately, but rather about a week later. The symptom is in the form of a very soft pearl-sized mass internally. It is asymptomatic; no pain whatsoever, no urine or other blockage whatsoever, no drainage, no effect on sexual performance or fulfillment. However, the mass seems to be causing some amount of blockage of blood to about the last 2 to 3 inches that makes that portion of shaft to the head suddenly smaller and tilted to the left. It's a bit deformed looking. I think I can live with it, but if this is a known syndrome and can be treated, particularly without surgery, I would love to have it fixed. Have you heard of this and can you tell me about it?
