Typically a 70% or greater amount of blockage of the carotid artery is considered significant. The blockage basically decreases the blood supply to the brain and thus can lead to a stroke. However this amount of blocakge is not significant but can be followed up as the years go by or reviewed in case of symptoms appearing. All the best.
