Periods

Patient : "my periods have been irregular for the last year, i get blood spotting a week before im due my period and also i can get my period every 2 weeks, the blood spotting normally last for 5 days and i can somtimes mistake it for my period because it can get quite heavy. i ask a gp and he took my bloods and it came bk that i had a hight paturity gland, had a pelvic scan and all clear, then a brain..all normal, so ive left it but now 5months later its still the same but a bit more worse. im not on any pill.
