Peripheral Arteriovenous Malformation

Patient : I had peripheral arteriovenous malformation near my right knee. We consulted a lot of doctors over a period of 10 years. Each one of them had a different treatment plan. Over the years, I tried compression bands etc but nothing really helped. It just kept on growing and growing, it just became too painful. There was a time when I couldn\'t stand-up for even half an hour. So, we finally got it operated, but a huge chunk of my leg got removed as a result. It was fine for a year or so but once I started exercising (I\'m very overweight) the pain started again. I need to lose weight badly, but if I exercise my right leg bothers me a lot, and the pain goes on for weeks! What should I do?
