Peyronies Disease?

Patient : Hi, I have noticed a hard lump inside my penis shaft. It's located near the base of the shaft and just to the left of the centre. It feels like a small pea but probably not perfectly round. I am experiencing no pain however my penis curves roughly 30 degrees to left. The curve begins at the base and I can move my penis to the right with ease, however it naturally swings left. My penis has always bent to the left for as long as I can remember and I thought this was normal, however after discovery of the hard lump I am concerned about peyronies disease and penile cancer. I am age 20. I would greatly appreciate your advice as to what I am likely experiencing?
