Patient : I have pinhole phimosis and my foreskin doesn't retract AT ALL. I can safely say I have never seen my glans ever since I was born. When I urinate my penis balloons up so it is extremely tight. My question is, from what I've read, the way STD's are spread is the virus or bacteria live and multiply under the foreskin and for those who are circumcised, the risk is reduced but not eliminated. What about for people like me whose head is completely covered with foreskin and a very very tiny opening? Are risks also reduced for us? Wouldn't it be like inserting a finger as long as there are no cuts on my penis?
