Plantar Fasciitis: is it affected by the weather?

Patient: Does cold weather affect Plantar Fasciitis?

Doctor: No, the weather is not an exacerbating factor for the pain in plantar fasciitis. In fact, during the physical therapy t treatment for such condition, alternating local warm and cold compresses are used for some patients, along with the stretching exercises of the plantar fascia, and the proper cushioned footgear.
