PLEASE HELP

Patient

Q: Hello, i had a baby 5 months ago and i was having the feeling like i was always having a bowel movement when i was pregnant. The doctor told me it was just the pressure from the baby pushing down and it would go away after i had the baby. Well it never went away and its getting worse, but its accompanied by pain all through my abdomen and lower back and sharp pain going through my pelvic area. The doctors tell me its constipation, but i know its not because when i do have a bowel movement it doesnt make me feel any better the feeling just gets worse. I have lost 20 pounds in just a little time and nobody knows why. Please help. I got a family to take care of and its hard doing that when i feel this way!
