Please Help....

Patient : Hi, I am a 14 year old male who weighs about 150 lbs and 5'7" { I'm on the chunky side }. I want to lose about 20 lbs but don't know how to do it correctly. I count my calories and found that I eat about 1,100 calories a day. I know that's not a safe level, but i'm never hungry. I eat a lot of protein and fiber. I'm just so confused by all these websites saying to eat exactly 100 g of carbs a day or to only eat 58 mg of sugar. Every site says something different. So I wanted to ask a real doctor, what should I eat, how often show I exercise, and how to lose the weight and keep it off? Thanks, Jadyn
