I have gone through your question in detail and understand your concern. You have got probably disc prolapse as it occurred due to heavy weight lifting. You should avoid activities involving weight lifting and bending for nearly 2years as recurrence in disc prolapse are common upto 2years. Whenever you get such incidence then rest to back, analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief and Mecobalamine are of help.Hope I have answered your query.
