Please help me what I’m having back pains.

Patient: I Ben having back Pains after one day trying to lift my friend and I heard a pop and ever since that day every time I try to squat or power press my back pops again and hurts

Doctor: Hello,Thanks for your query.I have gone through your question in detail and understand your concern. You have got pr obably disc prolapse as it occurred due to heavy weight lifting. You should avoid activities involving weight lifting and bending for nearly 2years as recurrence in disc prolapse are common upto 2years.
