microscopic examination-ultrasonic guided fnac from swelling over inferior pole of right scapula has yielded purulent material;the smears of which are richly cellular;they reveal plenty of neutrophils, degenerated lymphocytes, macrophages, degenerated nuclear debris, intervening fine strands with entangled lymphocytes lying over a proteinaceous background.

Neither epithelioid cellular clusters, langhan giant cells nor malignant cells could be seen.
