Pneumonia affecting hyperthyroidism?

Patient : I was recently told a few days ago that I have hyperthyroidism. When I had my blood work done, I was severely sick with pneumonia and had been on tons of medications such as antibiotics, breathing treatments, and a corticosteroid (flonase). The only medication being taken outside of my pneumonia medications was birth control (ortho tri cyclen). Is it possible that my T3 levels could have been high because of anything I previously mentioned? She told me my T3 level was 191. What is the normal range? Thank you.
