Patient : I recently found out that I have poor circulation in my left leg. I was told to elevate and excercise. This is pretty hard to do because on top of that I have sciatica in the same leg. So it gets weak and painful very quickly while excercising. I was just wondering if I could wear a leg brace ( one from the local store) to help stabilize my calf so I can have some more support on that leg while excercising? Thanks!
