Patient : I've been a vegetarian for about 4 years now and haven't exactly gone about it the best way in the past. My meals used to consist of mostly starches and little-to-no protein. But, as of recently, I've been eating a lot healthier. I find that I'm ALWAYS tired and have trouble concentrating. Anemia and thyroid issues run in my family so I'm curious to know whether or not I should get checked out or if it's just my diet that could be causing this?
