Positive OPK, Negative Test - 5-7 days late.

Patient

Q: First of all, I feel really stupid for asking this: I'm roughly 5-7 days late for my period (which always occurs within a 32-34 day cycle). I haven't been stressed, I do eat well, and religiously do CrossFit 3-4 days a week. I tested last 3 days ago and did not get a positive pregnancy confirmed. When should I test again? And how important is it to test first thing in the morning? Could I still be pregnant? I do use OPK tests, which confirmed ovulation within 24-48 hours from February 1.

Symptoms:  Late period, sore breasts, mild cramping
