Possible botched circumcision (superficial dorsal vein)

Patient : Hello, I had a circumcision about 2 years ago and the vein ontop of my penis particuarly where it joins the head, feels tight, any pull of the remaining skin of the shaft feels uncomfortable. It seems the surgeons put a stitch really close to the vein (which I think is called the superficial dorsal vein) which has caused the skin to be too tight and feel as though the vein is being squashed. Is this common, and can this vein be removed through pprivately paid surgery or is there another option? Thank you.
