Patient :Since childhood I've experienced dizzy spells predominately characterized by my vision blacking out, moderate to severe vertigo, and loss of muscle definition. I've never had problems with blood pressure or sugar levels. These spells seem to be getting worse as I get older as well as more common. They also happen at any time and not just from getting up from sitting or lying down. Im concerned they may be atonic seizures but would like to know what other possible causes may be.
Symptoms: Vertigo, loss of vision, pressure in head, loss of muscle definition
