Possible CSID, cant eat anything with starch in it.

Patient : Hi, I have always been able to eat anything over my life, but when I was about 17 I lived with my grandmother, and I "adapted to and allergy to tap water" I am unable to drink tap water, must be filtered. I was ok with that, but after I had my kids, I started to get more and more stomach upsets, terrible pains, diareah, bloating. I finally worked out that I can not eat starch, if I do my stomach will react. I looked up about a condition that is CSID (congenital sucrose isomultese deficiency (sorry I cant spell it right)I don't have a problem with the sugar (sucrose) side of it but it did mention that starch was the other problem, all the issues it explained was spot on for how I react to starch. I cut out as much starch as I can and my stomach has improved hugely, but if I eat any starch I feel it.. I got tested for celiacs and that is negative. Just wondering if I have the correct problem, as I don't think it is just IBS.. thanx
