Possible digestive problem?

Patient

Q: Symptoms are frequent urge to urinate, pain in the lower right side at waist level which radiates into the back and even the groin and right hand at times, very tired and weak , often feel hungry after meals. Have had an ultrasound and abdominal CT done. Saw a urologist who said I was clean and suggested a possible gallbaldder problem but the ultrasound showed no gallstones. Urine analysis and urine culture clean. Blood test showed slightly elevated ALT and AST levels. Have been given referral to GI specialist. Until then, any ideas
