Possible gallstone?

Patient

Q: I have severe anxiety and right now my anxiety is through the roof since the passing of my father 2 months ago. Ever since then I have been getting random pains over my body, I concluded it was stress. I went to the hospital thinking I was having a heart attack but it ended up being a panic attack, they did not mention seeing anything from the x-rays. But now for the last 3 days I have mild pain in my upper right abdomen that sometimes goes into my back, I am afraid its a gallstone that is stuck or something like that. Sometimes it goes away completely and will come back later. So my question is should I be worried and go into E.R. and have it looked at? Or wait and see what happens?

Symptoms:  Mild pain in upper right abdomen
Mild pain in upper right back/shoulder.
