Possible Implanon Pregnancy

Patient: I have been on the implanon for over 2 years, and am due to have it removed at the three year mark in September. My periods were previously irregular these past 2 years, but now I have not gotten a period since November and it is now March. I have very sore breasts, cramps, mood swings, strange food cravings, and slight queasy feeling since Februaury. I only felt like this when I was pregnant with my daughter whom is now 3. I had unprotected sex 3 times in December and did not get a period that month or since then. Is it possible my implanon has failed and I am pregnant. I know implanon causes strange symptoms, and can eliminate periods but I have had my period each month prior, and my 3 year removal is coming up. Please help. Thank you.
