Patient :I went to the doctor on Tuesday for what I thought was a UTI. I had some discomfort and vaginal bleeding. I found out I was pregnant which was unusual because my last period was April 3. I was sent to the emergency room because of the bleeding. They could not find anything on the ultrasound and my hcg level was 93. I had blood work done 36 hours later and it was 239. I am still bleeding. It can be described as a light flow. I have pain in my left lower side. Am I just miscarrying or should I return to the emergency room?
Symptoms: Vaginal bleeding, pain in left side, nausea
