Patient :4 days ago I was doing some jumping jacks with weights. I did not feel any pain at that time, but the next day I had slight discomfort on the inside of my right knee. I was not concerned at the time, so I did several squats that night , the following day my knee pain had increased . I began icing a few times a day, using a compression wrap and elevating when possible. I'm still walking, although I feel slightly unstable in the leg. It's been three days since I started icing , but it does not feel better. What else can or should I do to improve the leg and prevent further damage??
