Possible Oral STD?

Patient

Q: Hello,

My girlfriend and I broke up 6 months ago. During that time, she gave oral to a man, and I had vaginal sex with another woman. After we had time away from each other, we wanted to get back together. Our sex life heated up immediately. I recently performed oral on her, and now I have a cold sore in the back of my mouth (where the wisdom teeth come in), the side of my tongue hurts a bit, and I have big red bumps on the very back of my tongue. Everything else is normal. I'm just wondering if she and myself have something, or if I'm completely overreacting to the situation.
