Possible reason for miscarriage

Patient

Q: I am 31 years old. I have two healthy children and had 2 healthy pregnancies. I recently lost my son at 17 weeks. I cant think of anything that changed over the past 6 years when I had my son. I was diagnosed with alopecia last year. Could that have caused my miscarriage. According to the doctor the cause of death is umbilical cord thrombosis caused by placental bleeding. I had an SCH when I was 13 weeks pregnant. What could have been the cause of the miscarriage? factor 2, factor 5, hughes disease or an autoimmune disorder?
