Patient: I feel sleepy after morning exercise. I usually take 7 hours sleep at night. I take 1-2 glasses of water with honey and lemon before exercise. My work out includes 30 mins yoga followed by 30 mins of brisk walking. I am 30 years ; height- 5’2.5′ and post pregnancy weight as 77 kgs.
