Post-surgical concern after ventral phalloplasty procedure
Patient : I recently had a ventral phalloplasty procedure done to correct a problem that I was having with penoscrotal webbing and my scrotum riding too high on the shaft of my penis when erect. My scrotum was lowered and excess skin (turkey neck) was removed and I now have sutures going about midway on my shaft down to the middle of my scrotum. My concern is that the surgeon sutured my skin too tight in one area towards the base of my penis which makes my penis look deformed now (large at the distal end and really skinny at the base). Will it remain this shape from now on? What can I do to stretch or increase the size at the base to match the distal end of my penis? This is greatly affecting my self-confidence now.
