Post vasectomy chronic pain

Patient: I had a vasectomy a monyh ago and anm sttill experiencing EXTREME pain. doc tried ibuprofen and antibiotics and later tried gabapentin. with my continued discomfort doc suggests reversal or another procedure which will cost significantly more thab vasectomy did and i cabt afford it. i was prescribed pxycodonr 5 mg after procedure for a week and experienced notable pain relief but doctor says narcotic pain meds aren’t an option. should i seek another urologist or family dpc who is understamds i can’t afford another prpcedure and just begin a narcotic pain relief regimen to stabilize my quality of life and sex life? I’m aware of long tern reprecussions of llong term ppiate ise but i need relief ASAP! THABK
