Potential boxing injury- Female

Q: I was punching the heavy bag at my gym on 4/29/14. Before I through my punch I slightly bent my right wrist downward. I punched with all my force and ended up hearing a crack and had immediate pain. I decided to shake it off and continued another round. The pain in sharp with certain movements such as twisting my arm. The pain starts below my thumb and down to the middle of my arm. When I let my arm dangle and let it swing, I feel the pain. I took a week off from boxing, but still had the same pain. Could it be sprained or could I have a scaphoid fracture?

Symptoms:  Pain with movement
