Pregancy test dilemma

Patient

Q: Can donating plasma on a regular basis lead to a negative blood pregnancy test result. From my research, I have discovered that Hcg is extracted from plasma/serum in the blood. I donated plasma 24 hours or less prior to the time of the pregnancy test blood draw. Could this throw off the result?

Symptoms:  Two urine hpt. Both negative two weeks after lmp. Negative blood test 6 weeks after lmp. Still waiting on menstrual cycle and somehow "feel" pregnant.
