Patient : I'm about 6 weeks pregnant the doctors think. I just found out thursday the 28th that i was pregnant. Monday, which was yesterday, i started bleeding and having little cramps but not bad at all, i went to the hospital and the bleeding got worse, they did a pelvic exam and said that there's a possibility that i'm having a miscarriage. They said my cervix was closed and that my uterus was big. They took blood, but my HCG level was only 281 and they said that's not good. Could they be wrong? Could it be something else that's wrong that can cause me to bleed. I just want to make sure they rule out everything before just saying i had a miscarriage.
