This could be normal physiological discharge if there has been no smell, color change or itching which would have occurred in cases of vaginal infection.
Secondly another possibility is sudden onset gush of fluid felt in vagina caused by premature rupture of membranes and amniotic fluid flowing out.
It is however always better in such cases to get yourself examined by the physician with a per speculum examination to rule out premature rupture of membranes .
