Patient : Hello,
my fiancee is 13 weeks pregnant, and today she was bleeding a lot from her vagina. It is the second time this happens .. She went to the hospital, and the doctor took an ultrasound , and the baby were looking fine and moving. But the doctor she said that she needed to take some tests, and that if she had bled one more day like this , she would have lost the baby... My fiancee and I live in different countries at the moment, and I know that she is not taking so good care of herself there by eating enough food and drinking enough water which she needs.. She has been very stressed lately, and I am feeling bad because I am far away from her and not able to do enough to take care of her.. I am extremely worried about a miscarriage now, and worried that she keeps herself stressed and not take care of herself.. Is there anything I can do to be a bigger help and support for her and make her feel calmer ? Is there anything she can do to reduce the risk of miscarriageing the baby ? ... - From a worried expectant father..
