Pregnant after Next Choice?

Patient

Q: I am unsure if I am pregnant or not. I had sex February 17 but the condom broke. I took 2 Next Choice pills the very next day. I am supposed to start my period again Wednesday March 7 but today I had some dark brown discharge. I have been having very slight, brown discharge for about the past 2 days now, I only really see it on toilet paper, never enough to get on my underwear. Today the discharge was much heavier than that at about 12:15, so I went to the restroom again to see if there was anymore at about 12:30 and there was absolutely nothing there. Does this sound like implantation bleeding? I have been feeling slightly more nauseas than usual as well. Could any of this mean pregnancy even though I took the Next Choice within 72 hours? Is it possible to still get pregnant even though you've taken the emergency pill? Would anyone have an idea what the discharge could be? Thank you!
