Pregnant and shoulder pain

Patient : I am 28 weeks pregnant with my second child. I was induced for preeclampsia at 37 weeks with my first. For about a month and a half and I have been having this horrible burning pain in my right shoulder blade. I have yet to get a doctor to look at it they just say "you must have pulled a muscle take some Tylenol." Most of my visits lately I have had elevated blood pressure. Usually 159 over 90. My last appointment it was back down to 137 over 70 however most of my readings in a row are high. Because of this I did the blood test and 24 urine test and everything came back normal. But during my last pregnancy mine came back normal until 36 weeks. I do not know if this is relevant but so far in this pregnancy I have had 4 "stomach bugs" that include very severe cramping and diarrhea. Is my shoulder pain related to any blood pressure issues I have been having?
