Pregnant? I am not sure

Patient

Q: My period was over two weeks late (I should have gotten it October 22nd but did not get it until the second week of November with one day of bleeding mid October), now I am constantly tired and get random bouts of intense nausea that last about 2 minutes, with no actual vomiting (I've been close a few times)throughout the day, which has been happening since the last week of October. My eating pattern hasn't changed much and I don't have any breast tenderness which I've read is common with pregnancy. I'm just wondering if it sounds like I could be pregnant or if these are symptoms of something else?
